한국관구 제16차 관구회의 개최

살레시오회 한국관구는 5월 26일부터 4일간 관구회의를 개최하며 총 33명의 대의원이 참석했다. 

한국관구 관구관에서 진행되는 이번 관구회의는 제28차 세계총회를 준비하는 작업이 중심이다. 아울러 급변하는 한국사회의 특수한 상황에 맞춘 ‘사목재조정’이라는 현실적이고 민감한 주제를 다루게 되기에 살레시안 형제들의 관심이 집중되었다.

관구회의의 시작은 평신도 동역자들과 SYM 젊은이들을 초대하여 SDB에게 바라는 점을 듣는 ‘경청의 시간’이었다. 처음으로 마련된 ‘평신도의 목소리 경청’은 관구회의에 참석한 많은 대의원들의 마음에 큰 울림과 깨달음을 주었다.

살레시오회의 동역자들과 젊은이들은 살레시안들이 예상하는 것 이상으로 살레시오회와 그 사목에 대해 깊이 이해하고 있었으며, 세속적 기준에서 뛰어난 살레시안이 아닌 영성적으로 성숙한 회원을 원하고 있음을 알게 되는 시간이었다.

관구회의의 결과물인 총회 기여문과 사목재조정 관련 의안은 최종투표를 통해 정해졌으며, 그 결과물의 번역본이 로마 살레시오회 본부로 보내져 총회에서 다루어지게 된다.

아울러 이번 관구회의와 관련된 향후의 사목 방향과 결정들은 살레시오 가족지와 관구소식지를 통해 자세히 보도될 예정이다.

The 16th Provincial Chapter in Korea

SC delegate of KOR

 

The Korean Province of Salesians of Don Bosco held its Provincial Chapter last May 26 to 30 with 33 confreres as capitulars. One of the main agenda of the chapter is a preparation for the 28th General Chapter.

 

The chapter is dedicated to a preparation for the 28thGeneral Chapter. At the same time, it spends much time to focus on ‘reshaping of Salesian missions in Korea’, which is very argent and demanded  in rapidly changing Korean society.

 

The chapter begins with honest voices of the co-operators and SYM members so that the confrere may hear ‘what kind of a Salesian they want’ and ‘how to share our mission with them”

 

It is the first time to invite and listens to their experiences with Salesians in the provincial chapters ever since. The confreres are deeply moved and inspired by their sincere hope for Salesians and ‘acute’ suggestions.

 

The co-operators and the young rightly understand who Salesians are than what we know. After hearing them, the confreres come to realize what they really need for a salesian is not a successful manager in a secular way, rather than ‘a man of God’.
